Operator and acceptance of the Terms
The FashionKIC digital platform at platform.fashionkic.eu is operated byNFOLYSIS P.C., with Envolve Entrepreneurship acting as FashionKIC Project Coordinator.
Users accept these Terms of Use during registration. By registering and using an account, you agree to comply with the Terms and the Community Guidelines below.
The two organisations' shared personal-data responsibilities are described in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and authorised access
Community features are intended for registered, authenticated platform members. You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your password and avoid sharing your credentials with others.
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account, except where activity results from an incident for which you are not responsible. If you suspect unauthorised account access, inform the platform operator promptly.
Some collaboration resources may be limited by roles or other member permissions. Having an account does not entitle a user to access content assigned to another user or collaboration group.
Acceptable conduct
FashionKIC is intended for respectful discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the fashion ecosystem. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against or deliberately mislead other members.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, abusive or unsolicited spam content.
- Reveal another person's personal information, private communications or confidential business information without authorisation.
- Upload malware, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorised access, or collect other members' data without permission.
- Upload material that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Publish deceptive environmental or sustainability claims as verified facts.
Member-only content and privacy
Platform features, including member profiles and community discussions, are accessible only to authenticated users. Nevertheless, information posted to a community area may be visible to other authenticated members who have access to that area.
Before sharing messages, photographs, documents or organisational information, confirm that you have permission to disclose them. Do not assume every shared area is confidential or limited to one recipient.
Member content and intellectual property
You retain the rights you hold in your original posts, comments, profile information, images and documents. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to INFOLYSIS or Envolve.
By providing material through a platform function, you permit the platform operator to host, reproduce as technically necessary, and display that material to the people permitted to access it for the purposes of operating the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to share content supplied by others.
Resources from project partners and third parties may have separate licence terms. Those terms continue to apply.
Post and comment moderation
The following platform permissions apply to community discussions:

The operator may also take action required to address serious misuse, security threats or illegal content, consistent with applicable law and the platform's actual administrative permissions.
Concerns about community content can be raised through info@fashionkic.eu. Privacy and personal-data rights requests should be sent to privacy@fashionkic.eu.
Account deletion
You can delete your account through your profile page. The platform then erases or anonymises the applicable account-related data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion may affect access to uploaded resources, collaborations and saved activity. Applicable legal obligations or the rights of other participants may require limited retention of some records or genuinely anonymised content.
Availability and service changes
Features may be modified, interrupted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but continuous access cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service is subject to applicable Greek law and any overriding mandatory laws protecting platform users.
